Created exclusively for La Casona Edit, each ornament is made of glass and painted entirely by hand from the inside using a centuries-old Chinese technique known as neihua (inside painting).

Every piece is individually painted, one tiny brushstroke at a time, by a family of incredibly talented artisans in China who have practiced this art for three generations.

For this collection, we incorporated some of our favorite Chinoiserie and antique porcelain patterns as Christmas ornaments—intricate florals, birds, scrolling borders, and all the tiny details that make antique patterns so special.

Because every ornament is painted individually by hand, no two will ever be exactly alike. Small variations in brushwork and detail are part of what makes each one unique.

Designed to feel less like ordinary Christmas décor and more like something you discovered, collected, and will bring out year after year.
