Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $18.95
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day - $29.95
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 7-14 business days - Starting at $15.95
- Europe: 10-21 business days - Starting at $24.95
- Australia/New Zealand: 14-28 business days - Starting at $29.95
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your account dashboard.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. All products are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our signature packaging.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lacasonaedit.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
