How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@lacasonaedit.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Follow the return process above and indicate what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@lacasonaedit.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
